A mailing system for small newspapers and publications

DiscoveryMAIL provides the small publisher with a system to create and maintain a mailing list, generate mailing labels, create subscription invoices, track payments and subscription lists. Additionally the program provides the information to complete the various reports required by the postal service for bulk mailings. The system tracks listings by date and allows for grace periods related to subscription renewals

The program is customized for each customer with the approbate mail zone setup and FCS data. This process is included in the basic price of the program. Additional assistance can be provided at our standard consult fees.

The program requires a Macintosh Power PC with system 9.2 or Windows 98 PC with a pentium processor. 16 MB of disk space is required
